Refund Policy
Tax Alchemy

At Tax Alchemy, we strive to provide high-quality tax advisory and consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, all fees paid for completed work are non-refundable. However, we value customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If a service was paid for but not initiated.
If an overpayment was made due to billing errors.
If Tax Alchemy fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own negligence.
Refund requests will not be granted in the following cases:
Dissatisfaction with the outcome of tax filings or advisory services when services were performed correctly.
Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, resulting in errors.
Client failure to respond or provide necessary documentation within the agreed timeframe.
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request via email to [email protected].Provide details regarding the service purchased, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.Allow up to 10 business days for review and response.
In cases where work has begun but has not been completed, a partial refund may be granted at Tax Alchemy’s discretion, depending on the amount of work already performed.
Clients agree to contact Tax Alchemy before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and additional fees for recovery.
Tax Alchemy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
